Lower Farm Stables has just undergone an extensive refurbishment programme. Our new and existing facilities include;
• New feed room and large storage area. Each livery owner has an allocated shelf for feed supplements.
• New heated rug room for drying out wet New Zealands. This room has built in lockable storage boxes for owners’ spare equipment.
• New secure tack room with state of the art alarm system, double walls and thick steel door. This room also has lockable storage for each owners’ spare tack, boots etc.
• New heated coffee area with seating and television.
• New toilet facilities.
• New large stables, and existing stables fully refurbished with automatic drinkers and new lighting.
• 25x40 multi-washed silica sand (low dust) and rubber, all weather, floodlit manege.
• Set of show jumps and fillers.
• New three acre field purchased which brings total grazing to 20 acres.
• Small extra paddocks to enable individual/ restricted turnout if required.
• Plenty of off road hacking
• Strip grazing available for laminitic animals if required.
• Large field shelters
• Educated, competent, caring staff.
• BHSIsm instructor on site to help with all your schooling/ jumping/ retraining needs.
