Our Full livery service includes;

DIY livery
For the first time Lower Farm is offering a diy livery service for a limited number of stables. We feel very pleased that we can now offer the full range of services, giving maximum flexibility to clients. The charge of £49 per week will include the stable, storage space, feed, hay and bedding, a rug change and morning turnout. Unlike other yards, there is no restriction on the length of time in the field and 24 hour grazing in the summer can be accommodated. There is plenty of space to store your tack and other equipment in our secure buildings and your horse will benefit from a late night check.
All poo picking in the fields is also taken care of by staff.
Staff are on site daily, should you need assisted services such as bringing in, or holding for the farrier. It is also possible to upgrade to part livery on a daily basis for a charge of £7.50. This would then include mucking out, bringing in, rug changes, skipping out, feeding etc.

- Unlike most yards we have ample grazing. We can turn out your horse EVERY day summer or winter!
- We can offer individual turnout or in small groups if required.
- Your horse can live out in the summer if you wish.
- We only have boxes for 15 horses, so there is plenty of space for your horse and equipment. Access to the arena is easy and unlimited.
- Plaiting is included in the full livery price.
- All our hay is home grown and guaranteed ragwort free.
- We offer an unlimited range of bedding options.
- If your horse is sick, we will provide the extra care at no extra charge.*
- We offer this service every day, 365 days per year. This includes Bank Holidays and Christmas Day!
- Choice of exercise options including lungeing, hacking or schooling by competent staff. Schooling by resident BHSIsm by arrangement at NO EXTRA CHARGE!
- We do not charge for holding horses for vets, chiropractors or farriers.*
- 24 hour supervision with a late night check every night.
- On rare occasions when your horse cannot be turned out due to extreme weather conditions or paddock maintenance, we can exercise your horse at no extra charge, even if you have had your exercise quota for the week. We never under any circumstances leave horses stood in for 24 hours with no exercise.
- We are within an hour’s drive from several top competition centres including Addington Manor, Patchetts Equestrian Centre, The College Equestrian Centre and Milton Keynes Event centre and more. Please see our links page for more information on these centres

Livery fees from 1st January 2010
- Full livery (service as stated above) £139 per week
- Part livery (no grooming, tack cleaning or exercise) £104 per week
- Part plus. As Part livery but includes two exercises, one groom and one tack clean. £125 per week
- Diy livery including feed, bedding, hay, stable and storage areas plus one morning rug change and turn out.
- Horse over 14.2hh – £49 pw
- Pony under 14.2hh - £45pw
